Uday conceived & built next generation Sales generation platform to help E-Enable the Sales & Fulfillment Process. Having forte in the Order to Cash processes, Uday is a problem solver which many coporations have benefitted from.
Uday has saved millions of dollars for organizations struggling with their Business Process inefficiencies by automating their Order to Cash Process using Technology. Uday is in the process of a building a patent pending Smart Shelf Hardware & Software device which will help retailers gain insights on Shelf Inventory while maintaining Omnipresence capabilities for customers.

Uday is also a member of Keiretsu Forum and has partnered with SAP Venture Fund to consult & direct investments to upcoming startups. Uday has formed alliances and partnerships with Aerospace & Defense companies, Santa Clara Sheriff's Advisory Board and various other organizations to help with their Business Processes Automation.

Mr. McNally also developed and implemented an alternative payment product to replace more expensive payment alternatives for the supermarket industry that was adopted and implemented by Safeway. Mr. McNally also managed the development of alternative strategies s to reduce the high cost of credit and debit card acceptance at merchants on behalf Visa.
Additionally, Mr. McNally has provided services to such technology and service companies as Visa, MasterCard, Bank of America, AT&T, First Data Corp, Wells Fargo, First Data, Citibank, and the International Herald Tribune. Mr. McNally has also developed and implemented new card based and non-card based payment products for VISA International, MasterCard, and Microsoft. Michael has also developed pricing and financial modeling for various financial services products. Mr. McNally was also a senior executive ad co-founder of three online-based financial services companies like Shared Health Network Services, InsWeb and eCoverage, Inc.

In these capacities, Mr. McNally developed the initial respective business plans and secured first and subsequent investment rounds with established venture capitalists and insurance companies.
Mr. McNally has also held positions as Vice President with Visa International, in charge of international interchange and pricing strategies, and with MasterCard International, where he was General Manager of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Mr. McNally also held Vice President level positions in the retail bank at Citicorp.
